These Terms govern your use of SoulMate AI (“the app”). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. What SoulMate AI is
SoulMate AI provides AI‑generated companions you can chat with. The companions are virtual and not real people. Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. The app is for entertainment and emotional support only. It is not a medical, psychological, legal, or crisis service, and it is not a substitute for professional help or emergency services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old to use the app. By using it you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app to: break the law; attempt to generate sexual content involving minors or non‑consensual, violent, hateful, or otherwise harmful content; harass others; or attempt to bypass the app’s safety measures. We may restrict access for misuse.
4. Safety & wellbeing
The companions are designed with safety boundaries and will encourage real‑world support when appropriate. If you are in crisis, contact a local crisis line or emergency services immediately. Do not rely on the app for urgent help.
5. Price
SoulMate AI is free. There are no in‑app purchases and no subscriptions. If paid features are introduced in a future version, they will be sold through the Apple App Store and clearly presented before any charge.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on AI‑generated content.
7. Apple standard EULA
Unless you have a separate written agreement with us, your license to use the app is the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated by reference.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
